We are located in the heart of Central Florida, just minutes away from Walt Disney World and all other theme parks and attractions. Relax in a quiet, natural landscaped setting away from traffic noise and crowds, but close to all the action!

Florida Vacation Villas Club is proud to be a member of the ARDA (American Resort Development Association). The ARDA is a Washington D.C.-based trade association that represents the vacation ownership and resort development industry. Tools & Tips for Your FVVC Travels

Just a “friendly” reminder that check-in time is 4:00pm. Due to our resort fully booked each week, the earliest you may check-in is at 3:00pm. If you are planning to arrive after 5:00pm, please call our office to let us know as you will need an “after” hours lockbox combination. At time of check-in, a security deposit of $100.00 (credit cards only) is required along with Photo ID and your RCI® confirmation (paper copy). If you are a “guest” of a member, you must bring your guest certificate with you or you will not be allowed to check-in. RCI Members, if your “guest” does not have a guest certificate, please call RCI® directly and ask them to fax it to us at 407-396-8447 prior to their arrival.

If you need rental information on cribs (highchairs, pack-n-play), scooters, or wheelchairs, please contact K&M Rentals at km-rentals.com or you may call them at 407-363-7388. They will be able to help you with this type of rental equipment. Please make sure that you contact our office prior to arrival for any rental equipment you have reserved so that we can coordinate delivery with K&M.

Please note: All condos are located away from the check-in location. Also, one quick driving tip! If you are using a GPS system (or MapQuest), please pay attention once you turn down North Poinciana Blvd. as we are 1 block down on the left hand side. GPS will send you pass our resort and make you do a u-turn. We advise all guests to have a rental car, as we do not provide shuttle services. No RV or MOTOR HOME parking allowed.

Directions

From Orlando Airport: Proceed to Kissimmee/South Exit onto 417 South towards Disney. After the 2nd tollbooth take the International Drive exit. At the 2nd traffic light make a left turn onto SR535 (Vineland Road) South. Go South on SR535 (Vineland Road) to N. Poinciana Blvd. Make a right turn onto N. Poinciana Blvd heading south and go past US192. About 1/4 mile South of US192, look for the sign that reads Florida Vacation Villas Club. Turn left at the driveway and follow it around the tennis court to the 3-story building on the left. Go to Suite #127 on the 1^st floor at the end of the building (blue signs).

From I-4 (Heading Westbound toward Tampa): Travel west on I-4 to SR535 (Apopka-Vineland Road), Go South on SR535 (Vineland Road) to N. Poinciana Blvd. Make a right turn onto N. Poinciana Blvd heading south and go past US192. About 1/4 mile South of US192, look for the sign that reads Florida Vacation Villas Club. Turn left at the driveway and follow it around the tennis courts to the 3-story building on the left. Go to Suite #127 on the 1^st floor at the end of the building (blue signs).

From the Florida Turnpike: Exit at the Osceola Parkway / Kissimmee Gate and proceed West on the Osceola Parkway to the US192 Resort Area via SR535 Exit. At the traffic light go straight onto N. Poinciana Blvd and head south past US192. About 1/4 mile South of US192, look for the sign that reads Florida Vacation Villas Club.
